Gatsby didn't care that his lights kept going on and off as he walked across his lawn to ask his neighbor to join him to Coney Island.
Daisy was invited to have tea but was warned to not bring tom with her.

Both Daisy and Gatsby are nervous about meeting each other again after soon to be 5 years.
Daisy is crying because shes happy and Gatsby seems like a new person after being left alone to talk to Daisy.
Gatsby realized that he took everything in his house for granted before daisy saw and liked everything .
